Avoid at All Costs – Worst Hotel Experience Ever
I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. The service is beyond terrible, with staff who are not just unprofessional but extremely rude. They showed no regard for customer satisfaction, and their behavior was unacceptable. The manager’s attitude was appallingly forward and disrespectful, making the entire experience uncomfortable.
The condition of the hotel itself is disgraceful. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked basic hygiene. The food was so filthy that it was inedible—it was honestly a health hazard. Despite the cheap prices, it’s absolutely not worth even a single rupee.
This place should be shut down immediately for the safety and wellbeing of potential guests. Save yourself the trouble and find another hotel—this one is not fit for human accommodation.
Give advice to the travelers such as providing details that you wish you would have known before you went on the trip. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.”🙏💯
Disgusting Experience – This Place Needs to Shut Down
This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay of my life. The staff is shockingly rude and seems to have no idea how to treat guests with even basic courtesy. The manager’s behavior was downright inappropriate, which made the entire stay uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The services are horrible—rooms were unhygienic, poorly cleaned, and far below any acceptable standard. The food served here is filthy and absolutely unfit for consumption. I wouldn’t recommend anyone risking their health by eating here.
Although the prices are cheap, the experience was not worth a single penny. This hotel should close down immediately to prevent others from going through such an awful experience. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!
I had a great stay at Brinjal Hotel, Haridwar! The staff here is so friendly and made my trip really comfortable.
A big thank you to Mr. S.R. Arora, the owner, for running such a wonderful place. At the reception, Miss Chhavi and Miss Mamta were super helpful and welcoming.
Special thanks to Mr. Bheem and Mall Singh Ji from the kitchen and housekeeping for keeping everything so clean and making sure we had everything we needed. And the food cooked by Mr. Parkash, the chef, was absolutely delicious!
If you’re visiting Haridwar, I highly recommend staying here. The team here really makes you feel at home!
