Very clean and hygienic room, food is also awesome but quit expensive.
Staff is also very cooperative but the major problem is tab water coming in washrooms.
It’s so salty it feels like sea water.but the overall experience was good..
RECOMMENDED.
The major issue was that the water supply in the hotel was too saline, just like sea water. And it was raining and the road in front of the hotel was flooded like a swimming pool. Very difficult to approach in rains. But both these issues are out of the control of the hotel so I don’t blame them. Service was really great and staff was very helpful.
Totally pathetic experience 👎🏻Staff will tell you when u will enter the guest house type hotel that your booking is not with us . Pls find some other room , and that will be in midnight hours as we checked in around 11 pm at night , then they will say no room left in the hotel . they like to torture guests . I experienced this and without seeing review i booked it , rest all also faced the same problem which i faced yesterday on10/aug/24 . Very uncooperative, rude , unprofessional staff .
We had a kitty party at this famous hotel c pearl. Our female crew was given special treatment by the staff & the buffet was filled from continental to intercontinental dishes.
DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE EXAM.THEY REFUSE THE BOOKING AT THE LAST MINUTE AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY.TOLD US THAT ROOMS WERE OVERBOOKED.
Around 10 people were refused the booking just a day before exam.Unprofessional staff,at the reception especially Ms.Seema.
