Room are amazing got extra ordinary view from the bed don’t look really but it’s real
It is really place to stay and have fun with friends and family. Has amazing views! You can clearly see snow-capped mountains from the property. The food and beverages are also delicious and pocket friendly. The owner is also a friendly and admirable personality. Highly recommend the place.
It’s the worst place to go and stay, even for a night .. They are ill-prepared to have guests. Rooms are very basic, with very low and old beds, no side tables n no cupboard to keep the luggage. No mirror in the room.
The bathroom size is good but no fittings ,(no toothbrush holder, soap dish holder, hand shower was left hanging on the taps, no toilet paper given) . Each and everything has to be asked for, say 3-4 times n still not provided, I.e hand towel.
Food is over-priced n the menu is incomprehensible..It takes a lot of time for the food to be prepared, even when ordered for 2 hours in advance. and despite telling the cook to use less of salt, it’s full of salt..This is happening day in and day out. One has to check the items and quantities that one has ordered for, otherwise any amount can be charged . No record is maintained for what one is ordering.. If this can happen in one night’s stay, just imagine what would happen in case of a longer stay.
We were supposed to stay there for two nights but moved to another hotel the next day.. There is utter lack of coordination between the manager and staff..Despite being in the hospitality industry, it is totally lacking.
Please don’t go by the location.. There are many good hotels and home-stays in Sangla where one can have a more comfortable stay.

Mr. Vivek Nain, the owner, was incredibly helpful, polite, and made us feel truly welcome. The Infinity Room offered stunning views that added a magical touch to the entire experience. The food served at the cafe was delicious, satisfying our taste buds with every bite.
In front of the cafe, the Baspa River flows serenely, adding to the charm and tranquility of the location. Behind the cafe, they have their own organic apple orchard, which enhances the natural beauty and offers a unique experience for guests.
