Cons
1 The approach road has a steep descent of almost 45 deg which will be an issue on return journey. And then it passes through narrow lanes of a village.
2. We went in winters and there was poor provision for hot water-Solar heaters! Everyone was complaining about this. With a weak sunlight, these take ages to heat water and even after that only luke warm water comes in the taps after gallons of cold water in the pipes first flows out. Till then u have to wait undressed and shiver!
For that matter I did not see any ACs also in the rooms.
3.Poor mobile network
4 No intercom or TV in the rooms.
5.Untrained staff.
6 The grounds are uneven and for elderly parents that can be dangerous for they might trip and fall.
7.No paved walkways from cottages.
8.The meal times are very late- after 9pm for dinner and after 9am for b’fast!!
9.The menu and food preparations are just average.
10. Their café is not in the same compound. It’s across the road!!
11. If u reach Post lunch and are craving tea you have to request specially as their café does not function between meal times.
12. If u are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place as there is too much noise till 12midnight or even 2am..that sleep gets disturbed.
Pros
1.It’s got a lot of potential for shaping up into great place only if the owner takes professional guidance to make it more attractive
2. The staff is very helpful and respectful
3. It’s doing a great job in providing employment to the locals who are largely Muslims.
FINAL VERDICT- NOT VFM. Eminently avoidable ( unless they work hard to change things there).
First you have to understand the comments rather than just replying & accept the customer reviews. The staff behaviour specially guard and booking office is pathetic they continuously ignore customer calls & make fake commitments.
1. Property visit is must if one is spending his time or money, it’s customer right. There is lot of difference in actul site and google pictures.
You are not the only property it’s Delhi Ncr dude. Hub of properties.
I don’t recommend this property, don’t waste your time and money. Giving one star just to post the comment.
In 1 word just waste of Money. For 3 person , 1 dinner and 1 breakfast and overnight stay will cost you around 7000 roughly. Extra lunch 750 per head which is too costly especially when menu are concerned. Very limited items. In 500 you can go to ghoomar in CP, Delhi and enjoy unlimited food. Not only this, tent condition were poor. Blanket was dirty and full of dist and smelling. As far as play is concerned, they did not had single game offering, broken badminton rackets. In the name of adventure, 2 3 ropes tied to tree, wooden plank laced for balance. These things are useless and only to lure Customer. Finally, understand one thing, owner moto is to earn money by looting people. Finally, at this price , better go to rishikesh and enjoy in nature.

Staff are really good. service is awesome food was good apart from this one of worst place in summers they don’t have AC room they have table fan in the room sometime electricity not working we were sweating all the day and charges are too high. they don’t have a cold water to drink . Poor response. Guard did not allowed us to go inside and see the place. We asked for restaurant also but he refused and said outsiders are not allowed in restaurant. We had a talk with Mr. Ajay his phone number is mentioned in the website. He said i can’t talk to you because i am having my lunch.
