Rooms are clean and tidy. They offered standard toiletries but did not replace it the next day even when I booked for 2 days. The best part of the hotel was the view from top of the hill. If you rise early you can watch a beautiful sunrise from your window which is facing the city. The hotel was under renovation so did not have 24*7 room service. Room service is available in between 8 am – 8 pm only.
Rooms were excellent.
Service also good. But you dont find food in the hotel, however breakfast they provide if included in package.
Location is centre of city, but it is on top of hill. If u have own vehicle its better.
Great stay at Carmel Top Resort! The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect – close to the city center. Special thanks to Praveen, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute changes. He ensured a smooth and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this resort for its excellent service and flexibility!

We can’t give zero or minus star otherwise I will give minus star. All reviews on this hotel are paid and fake. we two family stayed there for 2 days….totally rubbish hotel. No cleaning of rooms. Hotel has no restaurant and only give 2 item in breakfast and that two item idly and sambhar are also totally tasteless and unhealthy, we all fell ill after eating food. No juice or bread butter in breakfast. photos of that hotel and actual rooms are quite different. Rooms are very narrow and congested, dirty and bathroom smell of bed shitty odour. Pillows and bedsheet smell like rotten meat or fishes. Don’t Don’t go there
