Worst service experience at Hotel Carolina. I would strictly recommend to not select this hotel for your guest specially for wedding purposes.
They charge extra for additional mattress(which is ok) and when you ask for blanket for your extra bed, they will charge you even for that. They even charge you for the extra towel.
They will harass your guest if they ask for extra water bottle or towel and will keep asking for money even thought it was told not to trouble them.
So for wedding purpose it’s extremely bad 👎
The food is amazing!!! You can surely visit with friends and family. The behaviour of staffs is always very polite.

Hotel Carolina in Patna is a disappointment. The hotel is located deep in the colony with roads unsuitable for large vehicles. The restaurant service staff is non-existent, taking 15-20 minutes to provide the bill and 30-40 minutes to serve mediocre tasting dishes. The ambiance is average, but the food experience and service are poor. The hotel restaurant declined a 25% Swiggy offer that was advertised, causing further inconvenience. Overall, a terrible experience that I would not recommend.
