  1. Despite the nice location , the hotel is horrible.
The gym opens at 07:30 morning and closes 03:30 afternoon !
For two consecutive days my room electricity went off (for very short period honestly )
Bathroom water has taste when i tried to rinse my mouth.
I stayed three days buy my room never been cleaned!
Out of 4 lifts only one works .
    Lots of surfaces need painting.

This hotel is managed by investor who is willing to renovate will make lots of money because it has the potential.

  2. Located just few meters away from terminal 3,it’s the best place to stay near airport. Hotel rooms are good but aged interiors need renovation. 5 star for food and service. Every need will be adressed quickly with smile. At restaurant when you order anything, they offer a economical option and take care that you pay reasonable. They serve the best food. Test is yummy and quantity is more than enough. Overall it was a home away from home feeling

  3. What can be made of this place!!!! Situated just in the middle of the airport complex, stone’s throw away from 2&3, this can be a great 5star hotel!!! 42 years now, and one should seriously think of renovating this amazing place. The entry is out dated, low maintenance of the greenery outside, lighting insufficient, an un-welcoming porch, not so warm reception, and faded sofas. Though most of them are functional, they are not upgraded. Upgrades were seen in the rooms, but they were cheap upgrades – low quality soap dispensers, bad re-painting of the walls, etc. The upholstery in the rooms were old, faded, fortunately not smelly. The shower area was not kept away from the dry areas and cheap plastics were used to separate from the showers.
The staff attending at the rooms were courteous though and understood the needs. Dinner was OK, though all instructions and requests were respected.
I had to call thrice for an iron and board though
Did not get to taste the cuisine as I had to catch an early flight.

All in all good for a stay if you need to stay closer to the airport.

  4. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on the night of the 27th. We arrived at 1 AM and were assigned two rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms were not maintained or cleaned properly and had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to breathe. When we requested alternative rooms, we were told there were none available, and there was no option to cancel via MakeMyTrip.

We requested an invoice with our company address and were assured it would be emailed, but have yet to receive any reply or feedback. Additionally, our request to cancel or refund the hotel booking was denied. The rooms provided were very small, and breakfast was not offered as a complimentary service. We waited until 2:30 AM to arrange an alternative, slightly better room.

Given the unacceptable cleanliness and overall quality, we decided to cancel the breakfast. The experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet even the most basic standards.

I rate the stay a zero out of five and hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

  5. Great location, just 5 minutes from Terminal 3 of the airport, perfect for a transit stay. The staff was friendly and even provided medicine when needed, which was nice. The veg biryani was delicious and served on time. Rooms were decent for a 3-star hotel with a pool view, though the furniture was a bit old. Affordable prices and a peaceful, green setting made for an overall good experience, though the staff did seem to expect tips often
