Terrible Experience – Never Staying Here Again!
I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill. The staff was rude and unhelpful, barely acknowledging me as I waited in line. When I finally got my room, it was nothing like the pictures.
Amenities? Barely. Swimming pool not working, The Wi-Fi barely worked, the TV had only a few channels, and the air conditioning didn’t function properly. To top it all off, the breakfast and Dinner was a disaster: Honestly, I’ve had better stays at budget motels.
If you’re looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay with friendly service, avoid this hotel at all costs. It was an all-around disappointing experience, and I regret wasting my money here.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The service was terrible, with the staff often being unhelpful and unresponsive to even the most basic requests. It felt like they didn’t care about guest satisfaction at all.
Additionally, the hotel lacked essential equipment and amenities that should be standard. Simple things like clean towels, toiletries, and functioning appliances in the room like hair dryer, even the room i stayed in had only 2 plugs in which lamp were connected . Pool was also in poor condition. The room itself was well-maintained but it was clear that management hasn’t invested in upkeep.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if and only if u want to stay with its good surroundings rather than comfort .The poor service and lack of basic equipment make it not worth the price. ( restaurants and pools were far away for rooms and the roads are very slippery)
