1. Rundown rooms.
2. Hot water is only available in the morning not whole day so wait till morning next day if you want to take bath.
3. For two adults only only one litre water bottle(bisleri) so technically 500 ml per person.
4. For RO water bottle which has a bad taste with broken cap.
5. We did not received our morning wake up call.
6. We ordered lunch on the day of arrival came in with 20 minute of gap which supposed to come together but not.
7. Price V/S taste not worthy.
8. In minibar ice tray is dirty clean.
Breakfast is pending so will update that soon.

Rooms are neat and clean and fully furnished with basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit and sleeper which are totally commentry I have stay in lots of hotel they took charges of it im very surprised no changes Housekeeping staff mr Ajeet and mr grish they both cleaned our room.food was delicious, service was very good done by Mr.arvind . over all’ our experience was very good I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends also budget friendly hotel
Our recent stay at Clarks Inn Express Hotel in Dehradun was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Recognizing the number of people in our group, they generously upgraded our room, providing ample space and a cozy atmosphere.
The dining experience was equally impressive, with both dinner and breakfast being delicious and well-prepared. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations, making each meal a memorable part of our stay.
The staff’s helpfulness and attentiveness truly stood out. They were always available to assist with any request, adding a personal touch to our experience. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and well-cared for.
We look forward to returning to Clarks Inn Express Hotel on our next visit to Dehradun. Highly recommended!
I had a terrible experience during my stay. First, the food made me sick, which was concerning enough. But things got worse during checkout when they tried to charge me for irrelevant items. They claimed the towel was ‘misused’ and that the bedsheet had turmeric stains, and used this as an excuse to demand extra money. The most absurd part was their claim that the bedsheet would cost ₹15,000 plus taxes and a small hand towel ₹400. It felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge. Highly disappointed with the service.”
Comfortable cozy hotel. Very helpful and professional staff. Food is also tasty and comes in good quantity. Rooms are spacious and clean.
