We had a good stay for a night at this property and the staff is kind especially Nava Jyoti understood our requirements and assisted by doing the needful.
I had stay there for four days. The service was quite poor. The staffs are not professional. I went to Kamakhya temple for worship with my family. There was some stains of kachha dhaga which was washable, but they took more than two thousand rupees for the stain. I didn’t recommend any one for staying there.
Many basic things actually cost extra money, like towel, handsoap etc.
We were refused at the door because of a “no foreigner” policy, after insisting to stay, we could enter the premise. Staff did not seem so friendly, unfortunately. Food came on time. Wifi is there but quite slow.
