  1. We had a chance to stay at this property for two days. Early check in was not provided as the resort was almost full. The rooms were spacious and clean. Services were prompt and staff were courteous. The restaurant and inhouse food experience was excellent. Its a kid friendly place. Swimming pool was big and clean. Rented cars and taxis are available nearby. I would not recommend walking alone outside the property at night considering the road is dark. Overall it was a good experience.

  2. The rooms are good. Comfortable beds. Good food. AC and fans work well. Hot water in the shower at all times is appreciated. Mr. Cliff was very helpful.
However, some things really need to improve. Housekeeping is one of them. Any requests are slow to be answered. They either need to hire more staff or train the existing one to perform better, whichever the case is. Light and bathroom fixtures were faulty in both the rooms we stayed in. The property seems to be getting old and needs upkeep and regular checking of all fixtures. Also, the water doesn’t drain properly in the bathrooms. The shower curtains are a joke. Buckets are stained. To top it off, the room we got had the lingering smell of cigarettes. Guests should really have better sense than to smoke inside the rooms. Not everyone enjoys the stink of tobacco. You want cancer, you get it only for yourself. We don’t want it, thank you very much.
Further, the restaurant staff can be trained to smile. They appear grumpy. Shramika seems a bit absent minded or stressed, and forgot our orders; maybe she can attend to one table at a time. If they are short on staff, I understand her predicament.
The pool. We didn’t use it a single day because: 1. People without swimwear are allowed to use the pool, with their long hair free floating in the pool and with full clothes. This is not the way it should be. They should be strict about swimwear, including caps. And, 2. There’s no changing room near the pool. Do they really expect us to walk wet and cold all the way to the room (the rooms can be far away from the pool), and then drip all over the room floor on the way to the bathroom? Some common sense facilities should be included.
The live counters in the lobby emit a lot of heat and should really not be in the lobby. Or there must be a way to suck away the heat from there, away from the people sitting at the tables near the live counters. It’s really just bad placement.
Also, I didn’t personally prefer the resort packing the whole day with multiple activities. There’s no way to relax in silence in their lobby. I’d really appreciate some silence to let the sound of the fountain reach me. What’s the whole point of getting away from the noisy fast life if we’re gonna be noisy and fast in Goa too? I also repeatedly requested the restaurant staff to reduce the music volume, but they didn’t. The music is louder than it should be, which makes people talk louder, and there’s the added din of the cutlery, which made all the meal times quite noisy and stressful, instead of being peaceful enjoyable meals.
And to top it off, they send a relationship manager to the room to market their membership plans. No, thank you.

  3. We visited Club Mahindra Resort- Emerald Palms, Goa last week. The property is big and well maintained. Entire staff is very polite and cooperative. The reception staff is quite good and pleasant.
Morning breakfast and food was awesome.
Would like to visit again 😀

  4. They call me to check the plan as it is suitable for me or not and offer the meal so that I have to reach there at 6 o’clock by continuous calling and request we reached there and after refusal the treatment just got changed that only offers the juice and coffee. If you promise something then just follow it I left my hotel 6hr early so to maintain there sale target and after that we need to stay at the railway station by lossing our comfort
Overall the plan is good you can take that great emi option but the service we get from sale and marketing is not good
