Being a member my stay at Club Mahindra Resort Kanatal was nothing short of a disaster. Waking up to no water in the morning is unacceptable, especially at a place claiming to be a premium resort. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing zero willingness to resolve issues or even offer basic courtesy. The so-called ‘facilities’ are practically nonexistent, and the overall management is downright pathetic. This was a hopeless and disappointing stay—a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this resort unless you want to ruin your vacation.”
I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a complete disaster. The WiFi was not working, which meant my kids couldn’t access their phones or tablets. To make matters worse, there were no kid-friendly activities or amenities available whatever available that ate also paid.
The room service was abysmal. We ordered simple French fries, which took over an hour to arrive. When we checked in, we were not provided with basic toiletries, and we had to ask multiple times for them.
The hotel’s services were subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. Overall, our stay was a disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Had gone with my family to this resort. I travelled a long way to reach there and to my dismay found that the resort is just located in a nice place but the service is so pathetic. The staff never cared if we were there. The entire big restaurant had just two waiters. The poor fellows were working so hard to keep up the show. The food was absolutely horrible. They could not even make a butter chicken. And the hotel is not at all children friendly.
The food is excellent so is the hospitality. Entertainment on Diwali was great. Location is just in front of the jungle gate and view from the room is beautiful. Room layout and furnishing is not good. This needs partial carpeting.
We chose Club Mahindra for our 2 night stay. The rooms were decent and nice. An electric blanket was provided under the bedsheets, which was a significant help. The bathrooms were decent.The only deterrent here are the monkeys that play havoc the minute any door or window is left open.
