Worst behaviour of reception staff. I called oyo representative and asked clearly that is that hotel is fine with midnight check in. They confirmed its 24/7 check in. I went with kid to hotel and they were talking rudely by saying no rooms/why you came this time and asking additional amount than mentioned amount. I tried to explain them by reading but no use. I do not go again here.
Oyo is synonym to fraud, deception and cheating. I booked through you for stay in Sri7 Inn at Anantapur and also paid Rs 1808. 01 as advance through the link Oyo provided. When 8 reached Sri7 Inn I was told there are no rooms available and 8 was asked to claim the refund from Oyo. I wrote a mail to you, alas no response.
I don’t mind losing is 1808.01 paid to you as long as Oyo don’t use this illicit gain of Rs 1808.01 to destabilise India.
I am a NRI for the past 30 years and aged 63 years. I come to India for short trips twice a year. Oyo, please tell be what type of message I have to carry back to my host country and over 30 countries I visited about Business honesty in India. I know few greedy business personnel are tarnishing the image of the country.

Behaviour of the receptionist is very bad, he wants to rate the hotel by himself from our mobile app. He was telling that they don’t bother even if the rating wasn’t given as I haven’t handed over my mobile. Manager behaviour is bit okay than the receptionist. Apart from that, room is neat and near by highway. I would rate negative if there was an option for the service. Such a rude behaviour.
Note: pls make sure to check with Oyo customer care before booking it from any other apps, as I was told by Oyo customer care that the price is not being updated by other apps. You might need to pay extra amount if booked from other apps, if not confirmed from Oyo customer care.
Rooms are average, mosquitos are moving all over the rooms, the worst thing is behaviour with the customers. Hotel staff and management is third class category.
At good location and rooms were also good but no room service. You need to order food from Zomato / Swiggy. Also they fill their own liquid in the mosquito repellent like good knight / All Out and they are of no use.
