I booked a room through Oyo app for Rs 1203 but the hotel receiptionist increased the price and took Rs 2000 from me.
There was no water in the room and the television was also not working ,
this hotel increases their price when you select pay at hotel and you reach the hotel and their is no cleanliness in their room marks of cigarettes on bedsheets , smell of silhan, vomiting marks on walls. this hotel looks good from outside only

Not clean. Bathrooms and floor were not cleaned. Sheets were stained. Rooms smell like cigarettes. Cigarette buts in bathroom. It’s not worth any money. Booking through OYO was a hurdle. Never use coupons while booking a room. I think OYO should stop replying to reviews and take some action. If they are able to reply and want us to reach through their email, then they should also be able to take action. OYO!!! We need actions 😤
