We went there for a meeting then stay if needed. But the meeting finished early so I didn’t get a chance to stay. During we ordered 3 plain coffees with amritsari aalu piyaz naan along with gravy. Every item was to our satisfaction. Staff was attentive and polight. If we go to Dehradun, most likely we will stay there. Cleanliness needs improvement. It’s because of which I had given 3 star rating. Access is good. They have a basement for parking as well, which is a good option for a hotel to have.
The award for most pathetic service for a wedding ceremony goes to comfort inn.
The food was served cold, DJ was stopped while the performance was been performed.
The staff was rude and unresponsive, they charge extra after the function is completed.
They will warn to pay the extra amount as well and threaten to call police if you don’t pay the extra amount they added .
The worst management and worst staff with bad food quality.

The hotel’s proximity to the wedding venue was convenient, Here i attend my close friend’s marriage function.Overall, my experience was delightful, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting dehradun stay here:)
My recent stay at Hotel Comfort Inn in Dehradun was pleasant overall. The hotel’s prime location, tasty food with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and well-maintained rooms made for a comfortable experience. Hygiene standards were commendable, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The availability of indoor games added an extra element of enjoyment. However, there’s room for improvement in providing special arrangements for occasions such as birthdays. Despite this, Hotel Comfort Inn is a decent choice for travelers seeking a convenient stay in Dehradun.
Hotel rooms are good but tiny such that if you take in a mattress there is normally space for movement.
Room service is fine.
Location is also good .
