Our overall stay was very pleasant and fun filled. All the staff members including front desk, restaurant & support staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast spread was quite good. The property ambience & architecture matches the island vibe. Evening poolside live music & lighting further adds charm to the stay. Nicely designed & well appointed rooms with modern facilities makes the stay further comforting. After tiring site seeing and sporting activities the property gives you ample opportunity to rejuvenate and relax. We stayed in Turquoise room with balcony overlooking the pool and splash bar which made our stay delightful.
Special mention to the staff here! These are well trained staff with polite behaviour. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel their family.
Cafe Bistro is such a good cafe but since it has opened just 4 months back it is not having much crowd. I think they have very good chef.
Brunch was mix of healthy and regular stuff which was such a relief! Rooms are extravagantly good and looks fairly pierced (Better in real than pictures).
Options for dinner could have been more but nevertheless whatever is there on menu is at least a 8/10.
One suggestion: The songs played on projector is English and music played is Hindi. Basically it’s not matching. This setup is really good at the pool side but right now going for waste purpose. At least save some electricity of projector there or play songs in sync. I really looked forward to this setup after reading it on mmt about it. All 3 days it was the same like no one cared.
Other than this all is perfect👌🏻
PS: The small beach front is beautiful
Good, spacious, comfortable rooms with all kinds of facilities you would expect at this price. The restaurant food is great as well. The swimming pool is big and clean. The private beach is small but beautiful, hope they expand it and add more seating arrangements, it would be even better if a staff member / lifeguard were posted there especially at sunrise.
An extra word of appreciation for the staff members especially at the restaurant, who are very well trained.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Coral Reef Resort in Havelock! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who made sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort itself was immaculate, with beautifully maintained rooms and surroundings that made us feel right at home.
The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options available. A special mention to the restaurant staff for going above and beyond in preparing meals specifically for our baby, ensuring that everything was just right. Their care and attention truly made a difference, and we felt so grateful for the extra effort they put in.
We’d also like to give a shoutout to Sahib for his exceptional assistance throughout our stay. He was always there when we needed him and was incredibly helpful with any requests we had.
Overall, Coral Reef Resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. We can’t wait to visit again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Havelock!
Horrible experience.
0 cleanliness – left over food was rotting outside our room on the first night. Extremely foul smell the entire night.
0 privacy – housekeeping staff will enter your room at any time of the day with the master key, even if you are inside. Was traumatized by this.
Faulty appliances, electric switches etc. – my room blacked out for 1 hour and we had to move to another room.
As a result, we stayed in 3 different rooms for 3 nights. Felt like a complete mad man. On top of it, management declined for any monetary resolution for these blunders. They offered room upgrades, which were equally / more terrible than the previous ones.
Thanks and hope to not visit again. I have given up on this hotel and its staff completely. Thank you for wasting my hard earned money.
