They’re literally a 10/10 for everything. Had a wonderful stay and each and every staff was super helpful. This has by far been one of the hotel experiences in India. The hospitality and the food is brilliant!
I also went to the spa and the therapist gave the best massage ever. Her name starts with A.. don’t remember her name clearly. But the deep tissue was exceptionally good! Overall, I’m very impressed and planning to stay at this property on my next visit.
Second visit here and didn’t disappoint this time as well- complimentary airport pick up and drop at our disposal – clean rooms, great ambience and wonderful hospitality! This will be my first choice again while at Kochi. One area of improvement would be the common washroom – was clean and tidy but it had some foul smell, wanted to convey to the team but by then our pickup was ready and we left! The dinner this week was based on the Halloween theme and the spread mainly the dessert had the theme written all over, kids loved seeing them- kudos to the team who put it together , breakfast spread was good. Try this place if you are planning to stay close to kochi airport.
We went for a buffet dinner and had an amazing experience, both with food as well as service.
It was a decent spread with a mix of cuisines. The complementary pastry to commemorate our wedding anniversary was super delicious.
Every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile and that made us feel welcome 🤗
Special mention to Mr. Joyce, who helped with table booking and special pastry.
All in all, a highly recommended hotel 👍
Just a tad km away from airport – very very conveniently located.
They provide complimentary cab services to airport as well which is super amazing .
The cab drivers are so friendly – they don’t expect any tips either.
Food is amazing – the staff and manager in the dining area are so super friendly and welcoming. So helpful
Very comfortable. Hospitable staff. Mr. Gaurav took extra care of us. It was my dad’s birthday and they went the extra mile to decorate the room. Cheers to the Guest relationship manager as well. Loved the property. They have an amazing pool. Good food. Extremely courteous staff. Free airport transfers too. Will stay again
