Love the hospitality, I had recently celebrated my birthday and had a very wonderful experience of staying there. I had my breakfast and dinner and the food was delectable, and the staff was really courteous and helpful. Totally mesmerized by the property.
I love staying in hotels and trust me i had been to many high end properties of hotels ; all are five stars hotels. This hotel is truly amazing. I am the one who never repeat my hotel venue despite what brand it is but honestly with crown plaza i am really looking forward for my next stay. 😊😊

The Ultra premium space that has
– Great greenery at the centre of it and the corridor Space, Large community Hall with a premium touch in seat arrangements, with nice ambience with large spaces.
The Garden space is normal but good.
– Most important is security team and cleaning team are well trained people.
– Great Entrance with parking space.

A wonderful experience overall with all modern amenities and facilities. The reception service was excellent. They allowed us to drop our luggage before check in time so we could go around for our work and come back later. Decor and ambience is truly great and high ceilings at the entrance foyer and seat out make it really nice. The food and rest of the support staff and their services were great.
Rating this 2/5. While the scheduled check in time is 3 PM, it makes me wonder if a 2 hour advancement isn’t possible to enable a check-in at 1 PM, specially when guests are travelling a long distance and are expected to stay for 4 Nights. IHG can do better.
Now I understand why my office recommends the Marriott instead of Crowne Plaza.
