The room service was efficient and the food was decent.
The breakfast service was great.
The rooms were good but old and dated.
The safe was not working. The bedside phone was not working.
The bathroom shower was leaking and the whole bathroom got slippery.
There was noise as there was a wedding.
A good hotel to stay at but definitely needs improvement.
Spacious and comfortable rooms, with sumptuous food! Loveson helped out my mother a lot who is a senior citizen with comfortable seating and her food everyday at the restaurant with great service. And Praveen also was great at food serving – very quick and efficient.
Overall a great experience at the hotel!

We travelled from Germany to India and our expectations were exceeded.
Our kids (2 and 5 years old) were also really happy and enjoyed the food (breakfast and dinner) – highly recommended 🙂
I felt the time we stayed the hotel rate was overpriced for what was on offer.
Rooms were dirty , hand smears on window , bathroom door dirty marks , fridge cabinet
Was covered in marks . Room felt very old . Sockets for desk area didn’t work . Not enough sockets to charge devices . Could also hear sounds easily from the next door room.
Breakfast buffet was great ! This was the best part of my stay here .
