We stayed there for one night recently. Overall , It was a pleasant experience. The club room which was allotted, was quite spacious , well furnished and presented a reasonably good view of the distant landscape. Hotel staff were courteous and prompt in service. There was an issue with hot water supply but we were promptly provided with hot water on request. Breakfast spread was okay. We did not stay long enough to comment on the overall quality of restaurant but taste of food served to us was fairly good. The location is great with almost all the malls of Tezpur below/adjacent to the hotel. One suggestion to the hotel management: Please arrange for reinforcing the floor railings with glass or similar arrangement to make it safer specially for kids . Anyway ,Hoping to visit the hotel again in near future.
Our team stayed in this hotel before going to onwards journey.
Few things I want to highlight as recommendation to stay.
(a) Room services and laundry are highly appreciated.
(b) Meal by chef was delicious to make your mood happy.
(C) Bell boy was very quick to perform his job which was another appreciated.
At last highly appreciated to a young lady Miss *Priyanka* in the serving staff for her commendable serving.

Disappointing Experience at Cygnett Inn Imperial, Tezpur
I recently organized a show at Cygnett Inn Imperial, expecting a seamless experience. Unfortunately, the management fell short of my expectations…
Pros:
– Great location
– Ambitious infrastructure
Cons:
– Unprofessional management
– Poor communication
– Disorganized event coordination
– Lack of attention to detail
Specific Issues:
– Inadequate lighting in the banquet hall
– Non-functional AC/Jummer
– Excessive focus on monetary transactions
– Lack of hospitality despite full payment before the event
– Poor attendance to guest, customer, and celebrity needs
Detailed Experience:
We booked their banquet, but the experience was subpar. No proper lighting, non-functional AC/Jummer, and constant requests for payment, despite receiving 100% payment before the event. Shockingly, the staff seemed unconcerned with attending to our guests, customers, and celebrities. This lack of hospitality from a renowned hotel chain left me disappointed.
Recommendations:
– Improve communication channels
– Enhance staff training
– Streamline event planning processes
– Focus on customer satisfaction, not just monetary gain

If you are willing to pay this kind of money you are better off at The Greenwood Hotel, Tezpur. Absolutely fantastic service and amenities, complimented by very professional staff.
Front desk staff need to be more professional. I asked for a one day extension after my fourth night and they just declined it saying I need to do it online.
1. The overhead shower wasn’t working.
2. The mini fridge wasn’t working.
3. The quality of food is not up to mark and overpriced considering the quality.
4. Frequent electricity disruption.
5. Hot water was not working and apparently they knew this three days prior to our stay. They didn’t bother to inform us.
6. The location is congested.
The food experience was so bad that I can’t describe it in my words.They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service was so poor that the waiter just wanted to sell the food that he didn’t have any knowledge about it.The food quality is very very bad had order some sizzler, it was so terrible could eat more than a spoonful.This was the second bad experience in the place.They infact charged the 90% amount of the food that we couldn’t even have it.I will genuinely recommend not to visit the place ever again.
