I recently stayed here with my friends and their families, and while the location is decent and the staff were friendly, I left feeling disappointed by the overall experience, especially considering the steep price.
The rooms were much smaller than I expected for a “premium” hotel, and the furniture felt outdated. The decor was basic, and although the bed was comfortable, I’ve stayed at other hotels at the same price point with far more modern amenities and better upkeep. The bathroom was functional but showed signs of wear and tear—again, not luxurious by any means.
What really surprised me was the lack of certain amenities. There were no heaters in the room, and the family suite we booked was actually smaller than some standard rooms I’ve stayed in at other hotels. For the price, I was hoping for a more polished and comfortable stay.
All in all, the experience didn’t justify the cost, especially considering I’ve stayed at other properties that offered better value in terms of quality, service, and overall experience. Unless you’re specifically drawn to the location or there’s something unique about the hotel, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for better value.
We took 2 rooms. 1 was fine but the other room was a little small, the sofa had stains on it and the washroom pipe was leaking. This was the case with only one room while the other was in good condition.
Rest the property is very beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. The services are extremely good.
A must visit and highly recommended place to stay.
Overall a very comfortable and memorable stay.
Overall had a good experience with Cygnett,some improvement required in specific area like.
(1) Welcome drink.
(2) Food quality looks great but the taste was not as per standard.
(3) Swimming pool is not as deep as it should be.
(4) Lift was not available for going down.
(5) Why the refrigerator attached with main switch board of electricity. If I remove the key from the circuit refrigerator should be working.
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at cygnett. I wanted to appreciate the house keeping team for the fabulous service, cleaning and the staff was Front desk very attentive. Front office was very good, i forget the girl name but she was on toes during my 2 night stay. I Highly recommended this hotel to stay with family
Rooms have very dim light. Kind of a sleepy atmosphere. I went there with my baby , and had to rely on hotel staff for sterilization and boiled water. Every time they would lose one or the other bottle parts. And they gave unhygienic boiled water (with dust or something else) even after multiple call outs that it’s for a baby. The room kettles had rust and smelt of Maggi,so, they couldn’t be used. They charged extra money for a lost key as well. Overall not so great experience.
