Order some food from room service which was a huge mistake since when checkout I’ve got a bill which was 3 times!!!! More than what I’ve ordered. When asked the clerk guy what are the items I’ve understood he was pushing dishes that were not in my bill at all and other items like ice cubes, ordering from another etc. just to say that the food was not so good. In addition I’ve got a higher price when paying on-site than the online price. Feel like they’re want to take more and more money from their customers.
I Stayed here for 2 nights, the service was awesome. The food here is really good too, although they should still improve in hygiene, other than that it’s all good.
Why 1 star in service? Read on.
In the morning around 8.30am, I went to this hotel, checked two rooms. Booked one at third floor. And gave him 500 ₹ as deposit.
After half an hour, i went with my luggage to put there in safe until checkin. The guy told me, we will give you another room at 1st or 1nd floor.
Strange ! I argued a lot , but he kept coming up with useless arguments (you should come at 12 sharp for check in, etc) despite the fact I left him advance money ! Finally I took out my brahmastra, and told about my Google maps rank. And also telling all hotels in Paharganj being such cheats like him. Now it was his turn to be calm and complying.
Morning and such a pathetic day start !
Room quality:
Room was well in corner of the building (without window). So no outside noise. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and equipped. AC was working well. TV was an android one with working internet !!
But they don’t even give a single free bottle of water!
Overall, an okayish experience with the price being paid. Sure would come back here if the attendants behave more friendly.
Wonderful experience staying here. Neat room. Friendly staffs. Good amenities. Good location. Would definitely recommend and love to visit again.
