Very worst customer service . Behaviour of reception staff is totally very bad .today When i raise my issue/ complaint to service person about we have found mosquito/fly in butter naan two times . He was agree with us . but reception staff Manoj behaviour was very rude . After that I request to meet manager . Then other staff Abhisek who is also a receptionist said I am MD of this hotel and start misbehave with us instead to listen our complaint. which is not tolerable at any level . I advise to all visitors not to visit this cheap hotel .don’t waste your money and time .
If management have not enough time to listen customers complaint then ready now I will lodge my complaint in district court ..
Really very bad experience
The owner Abhishek, the manager Manoj, the staff, the security etc…. all are cooperative and helpful in nature. I have found this hotel good considering the location.
It is far from the town hence very quiet and peaceful. One can work and relax calmly over here.
Excellent food experience must go one and then come again
It was a highly unexpected and unfortunate event experienced by me.
Although room and location was good, grave concern is of safety issue..
What happened is that I forgot my dress in the room which was left hanging at the wardrobe handle. First thing that a good reputed hotel always do is just inform the concerned person about their belongings left behind (no matter the monetary value).
Instead, no information provided by the staff person who manages the cleaning of the room on day of stay.
When further enquired with the hotel manager, he also refused for any kind belongings inleft behind. He instead favoured hi staff stating that they are very reliable.
Since the item lost was personally connected, the event took place shouldn’t have taken place.
From the moment we stepped into Deep Marriott, we were treated like royalty. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were impeccably furnished, offering both comfort and elegance. Dining at their in-house restaurant was a culinary delight. Definitely the best luxury hotel experience we’ve had!
