Prices are very reasonable and this is the cheapest place I found in Tezpur with self cooking. Stay was indeed comfortable. But a little bit improvement needs to be done on the infrastructure then your business can really thrive in future.
Stayed at this place during my recent trip. There are cons at this property also but the pros are noteworthy and the facilities offered considering the price point outmatches the cons.
Pros:
1. Two bedroom apartment is provided and rooms are indeed spacious with an attached balcony and kitchen.
2. Adequate parking space and a lot of open space.
3. Free RO Drinking water and Electric Kettle was provided which was something I didn’t expect in such a budget accomodation.
4. Access to terrace was provided and it could be used in drying clothes.
Cons:
1. No TV in the room. Only WIFI is available which was available at the rooms.
2. AC rooms are unavailable.
Budget homestay but if it’s worth every penny. Rooms are not fancy as compared to other places but it’s very cheaply priced and excellent for spending a week or two.
The place was easy to find and reach. The host is very responsive and accomodating. Would recommend this place to anyone who is on a budget and visiting Tezpur.
Peaceful homestay. For kids there is plenty of place to play.
