I had a great experience in the hotel. My check-in was done in less than a minute. Hospitality here will make you feel very comfortable. Rooms are brilliant. U enter into the room, u will find the room is already kept cool to your liking. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
Visited the hotel in September end. Nicely located hotel with full security. The staff was helpful. Lobby ambiance was cool.
Everything went well, but I have a suggestion, the front desk staff should be trained on upselling. They were polite and very informative but couldn’t crack the deal and we went to another hotel to stay for that night as room rent on EP was also expensive, if the staff have tried just a little, we would have stayed here.
Anyways great work, keep it up.

Third class service they serve 5 option on buffet dinner and gm of resort is shouting on us whenwe complaining we book 3 rooms for 3 days and they are shouting and saying me tu dikhayegi muje tu bategi muje that guy has no manners I just say him that this is not first time we stay in Clarks in and this is not your service he started shouting and said tu muje dikhayegi tu kon hoti he sikhane wali all customer othen us are listening and he shouted on ladies like this I just frel like cry
I had a great experience in all services by hotel Clark inn . Seriously their management and how they serve us was wonderful. As well as their food was yummy . The Hotel was very clean with good environment.
