My family and I recently stayed at DLS Ganga Bliss, and we had a comfortable experience overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a peaceful ambiance that made our stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always quick to help. While the breakfast could use a bit of improvement, the rest of the food was satisfying. the location is convenient and close to local attractions. Overall, a pleasant place to stay – I’d recommend it
I had stayed here for 2 nights. The stay was comfortable and good.
Listing pros and cons as below:
Pros:1. Property is on main road to Haridwar, so it can be reached by Vikram, bus.
2. Rooms are huge and really Clean and has 5 stars.
3. Staff is highly cooperative and help with all the gratitude. You can always reach out to them for knowing things in Haridwar.
4. Food is really great for all the meals, they serve a-la-carte and buffet as well.
Cons: 1.Located a bit away from main attractions, however it’s not a problem for a people who have there own vehicle.
2. There were couple of missing items, which I felt was important to have for a 4 star property as I am on long tour hair dryer was missing from the room and cloth drying stand.
3. They also need to improve on Room Service, it’s very slow.
Hence reduced 1 star, or it would be a 5 star.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at DLS Ganga Bliss, Haridwar. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is convenient for exploring Haridwar’s key attractions, and the serene atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay!
This hotel is marked as 4 stars, but it felt like a cheap 2 stars. Room had a musty odor (and indeed i found humidity on the walls), floor and cups were dirty (see photos, my feet after five minutes walking on the floor), towels had ugly stains. The room (and the breakfast buffet) didn’t give any feeling of joy or good vibe, it was basic and depressing. I gave laundry, and they lost a sock… They did pay me for it, but still I prefer my clothes not to be gone. Disappointing and not recommended.
Superb experience with good staff along with food, hotel is near by Sarwanand ghat also nearby harkipouri.
One of the best hotel in Haridwar along with food and room and staff behaviour also polite and early respond.
