My recent stay at DLS Rock Castle was truly unforgettable and by far my favorite experience! The location is absolutely picturesque, offering breathtaking views that added so much charm to my trip. The rooms are beautifully maintained, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing – a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
The food options were varied and delicious, catering to different tastes and preferences. But what truly sets DLS Rock Castle apart is their exceptional staff. Every single team member is incredibly warm, welcoming, and polite. They listen attentively, are quick to address any concerns or queries, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I recently stayed at Hotel Rock Castle, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel has a charming design that combines rustic elements with modern comforts, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay.
The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location of the hotel was ideal, offering a peaceful environment while being conveniently close to major attractions.
A wonderful experience overall. Staff had been so cooperative throughout the stay. Breakfast and dinner were superb.
Only feedback I would like to give is the hotel should provide heaters at no cost while in winters, rest a fantastic experience overall at the Rock Castle by DLS.
Mr Suresh, Anil & Ankit at the hotel were fabulous. They helped us get the best experience at the hotel.
Rooms are beautiful that give Harry Potter vibes. Food was moderate. We didn’t get a city view from our room that’s sad. If you want, ask for it. Heater charges are separate. Parking is very difficult. Overall it’s a good experience
