  1. The Hotel is placed in a quiet village called Prini. It was an amazing stay throughout my trip. The room we selected had a beautiful mountain view as promised by the staff. The staff is very polite. Very friendly. Very supportive. Overall it’s a great service. Especially Mr. Sonu one of the staff members is amazingly friendly and helpful.
I would 100% recommend this stay for anyone coming to Manali and I myself and my wife will only be choosing this Hotel anytime we are back to Manali.
    100% best service

  2. I had an outstanding stay at them. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was modern, clean, and well-furnished. The food was good at all and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend then for anyone looking for a enjoyable stay.

  3. For sure I would never say that this was a 5 star hotel. We had a 3 overnight staying there, and had positive expectations from the website photos but the reality was quite different and disappointing. Very pure service and the staff was rather unfriendly and most of them were not speaking any English! The hygiene standards were very low as we had dirty sheets and dirty towels. Also on the check out we couldn’t pay with card! Unbelievable! In the first night we had booked the cottage room! Big mistake! The music from the bar was super loud, there was not a proper shower, a glass or something to separate the shower from the toilet, so we had to mop every time after taking a shower. Hopefully, the manager changed our room when we complained about it, thus I put 2 stars to the review. Additionally the toilet in the cottage room had a terrible smell from the sewage. Finally internet connection was also bad. All in all, bad experience, do not be misled by the pictures, value for money is very low and do not expect a 5 star service and quality!

  4. Here’s a draft for your Google review:

Horrible Experience at Echor- Himalayan Heights.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my one-night stay at the Echor Himalayan heights Hotel. The service was shockingly poor, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if you value good hospitality.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very rude and unhelpful receptionist. He showed no interest in assisting with any queries or concerns, which made the check-in process unnecessarily stressful. His attitude set a negative tone for the entire stay.

The person who handled my booking, Lakshmi, was equally uncooperative. She completely disregarded my requirements and seemed more interested in making things difficult. To make matters worse, she attempted to overcharge me, trying to cut extra money from my booking without providing any justification. This lack of professionalism was truly unacceptable.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was unpleasant, and the staff showed no regard for basic customer service. I expected a relaxing stay but was met with nothing but frustration.

I highly recommend staying away from the Echor Himalayan Heights,Manali.if you want to avoid poor service, rude staff, and a stressful experience. There are far better options available in the area where you’ll be treated with respect.
And last but not least food was very bad,not follow any hygiene.

  5. The property is really beautiful. Food was great and the views from the room are absolutely amazing. Its around 3kms from Manali city centre and is on the other side of the river. Service was also good. Parking is a bit of an issue but manageable. The food was great. Bonfire is also available if you let them know a bit advance. The rooms were also clean. We stayed in the cottage but the views from the rooms are more beautiful and more visible in comparison to the cottages.
