I was about to book this property for the month of july.am so glad that I saw these amazing reviews and now I will not book the property. Instead I will check other properties.
Thank you guys for the detailed reviews as I was planning to go with my wife and daughter.
Hope these reviews are being taken seriously, but still I don’t see any comments from hotel or its owner on reviews giving one star rating. This shows that these property owners are not concerned by the reviews or rating.
This could lead to the potential loss of money and customers.
This is serious and zero tolerance should be applicable on this kind of behaviour.
Stayed here for One night with my family. We booked Premium Room which was very small. The whole premises was not well maintained. Moreover, during our stay one group of bachelors were checked in and they were partying till midnight with loud music. When we informed the same to Mr. Aditya, he was not willing to resolve it rather he stopped taking our calls. It will be highly recommended for the families to avoid this property.
Stayed in Premium room in the month of July This hotel is good only for its mountain views, don’t expect anything more.

Dirty, unkept rooms. We did not even ask for an extra bed as the floor was so dirty. The bathroom smelled of sewage and was dirty as well. One of the guests was complaining of flooded bathroom.
No ventilation, no fan and just 1 charging point ..the list goes on.
Food was average and it took a lot of time for food to be served.
They have a common terrace which was being used for partying by a bunch of bachelor’s till 2am and they were sitting next to our room window and hotel management did not try to stop.
Due to the common terrace we were not even comfortable to change in our rooms. Think of the trauma I had to go through with my wife and teenage daughter. In the morning it was littered with cigarette butts and beer bottles which management had not tried to clean till we checked out.
On top of it the when I tried to talk to the staff they were so arrogant. As per them (Mr Aditya) bad reviews does not matter, we will always do business.

Apart from location nothing is good. The approach road is horrible and big Travellers cannot access. They do not have any hotel cars to ease accessibility nor even a shifting trolley to carry luggage. The hotel crews are few young local boys with no intent of service and no idea of hospitality. It is a very basic hotel. Even for morning tea they told it can’t be provided before breakfast hour at 8:30.
We had a very bad experience, however if you are vlogger you can get different experience 😉 .Overall experience in Kalpa is pathetic due to this hotel stay.
