We had visited this place last week. The service from hotel staff was very good and they had arranged everything so well. Rooms are maintained well and the view from the rooms are beautiful.
Breakfast was also good.
Overall great service and I would recommend this stay to others.
I stayed at Edens Snow Castle on 13/12/2024 and 14/12/2024. The Hotel is at good locality and just beside Kalari Kshetra. The mountain view from here is awesome. The Hotel Management, especially Mr. Paul guided our trip and assisted in our travel also. Room ambience is attractive. Hot water and other facilities are available 24 hours. I highly recommend this Hotel to chose at Munnar.
The experience was not at all pleasant.
First of all there is no packaged drinking water, we kept on asking for warm water since 6 am but they did not turn on the supply till the check out. Breakfast was also not given as per standards.
Good and premium room in Munnar…… Edens snow castle is star property in Munnar… Edens snow castle is best to stay with family and friends…… Very much neat and clean……… Good view in balcony…… In ground floor…. There is good cardamom view also……
