  1. This is a decent place to stay with family. Their family rooms on 4th floor are big enough and have two large double beds. The breakfast options are good. They have parking space inside the premise. Their staff is well mannered too.

  2. Rooms are spacious and beautiful.
Food is delicious and Breakfast buffet average.
But maintenance is poor.I was unhappy with washrooms, Requested for room change but they did not consider.
Room walls seems to have damping issues.
Washrooms could have been better, tiles were stained and broken,Hand wash dispenser broken, Jet spray was broken and unclean.

  3. I had a terrible experience here. The booking was made via ixigo, but I was initially denied check-in because the hotel had no record of my reservation. They mentioned it was their first booking through ixigo and needed time to process it. After waiting for 45 minutes in the reception area, we were finally allowed to check in. My wife was in pain and urgently needed a bed, but despite showing the booking confirmation and repeatedly requesting assistance, they took their time. There was a complete lack of empathy towards a pregnant woman waiting in their reception.

The hotel is overpriced. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels within and outside India over the last 15 years, ranging from ₹500 to ₹40,000 per night. Based on my experience, I would value a stay here at a maximum of ₹1,500 per night for a deluxe room, not the ₹3,500 I paid.

The only positives were the comfortable bed and the veg spring rolls. Everything else was a waste of money.

  4. Room was smelly like something died inside. Room was full of Dampness and service was not good at all. We took our bags to the room by ourselves, no help offered at all. We had to call for a simple task of getting a clean kettle for about 3 times.
    Food was ok-good.

  5. This is a nice hotel having big size rooms with lovely decor. I liked the interiors of the room. City centre and Railway station is near by although I could stay there for only one night I totally loved the hotel
