Terrible experience staying here. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. There were spider nets all over. The property is not maintained at all. The caretaker guy was drunk when we reached in the evening. The bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket were full of dust. There were insects and cockroaches in the room.
The location is good.
One of the great Homestay properties in Guwahati. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The property itself is very quiet and safe. No real noise from traffic or others! The caretakers are extremely helpful and courteous. Pricing is also very decent and if you are looking for a Homestay for long durations, this is a very good choice!
Caretakers will also cook up a nice breakfast for you on chargeable basis. All in all this Homestay is worth the price and very affordable. My go to choice in Guwahati.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They wont even provide towel or water. No hot water. When we were checking out nobody was there we called and it was not reaching. Worst place ever
