The cleanliness was totally missing. Bed linen not clean, bathroom not cleaned as soaps left by last guest still in bathroom. Hot water not available in the room and had to be brought by the staff to the room. Hence had to vacate the room after one night though pre paid for 4 nights. I now doubt the credentials of Fab Hotels
Eden Garden hotel is very near by Lake it’s a pleasant place to stay Rooms are neat and clean and their service is too good overall it’s a good place to stay with our family
Worst experience.. please don’t select this hotel..
We booked 4 rooms and made the advance payment also.
But when reached the location then we got to know
*They raised the prices
*No hot water
*No food facilities only breakfast
*Worst area
*Worst policy of check in and check out
*Staff also not good
Kindly don’t select this hotel they will cheat you when they get a chance..
I had booked 5 rooms through fab hotel customer care and made the payment also.
But when reached the location hotel authorities denied accommodation saying that there is no agreement with Faab hotel. But they already got payment from my side and intimation
from faab hotel. I strongly believe they sold the room to somebody for higher price. I saw one more family in the same suitation. Never ever book in these hotel they will cheat you when they get a chance

fabhotels can do this kind of cheap things.
Coming to check-in experience had to wait for more than 45min. no-one was there at the reception.when i scolded them someone arrived around 30min later and gave me a key in hurry.
Just want to add a point,never ever you’ll find anyone on reception and they’ll never available on call.
Coming to the rooom,when i entered the room i couldn’t believe the bedsheets were used one,no gyezer,basic things like towel, shampoo, electric kettle were missing.when i asked them they told me rooms are full with guests I’ll make it available for tomorrow which didn’t happen.
Coming to the ambience,two wine shops are near to hotel,so you’ll find people roaming on corridors or common area on drunken state.
On such a cold place you will not get hot water to bath,the timings they’ll mention they’ll not follow.
With the FAMILY, never ever come here,stay somewhere you’ll feel safe be it on any other platform or at any costlier price but don’t come here.
Or else your trip will be nightmare.
I don’t know what fabhotels gonna do about this,but now a days these people are intrested more on expanding rathere than giving priority to the quality.
Go for anyother platform but never even trust fab hotels
