Room was very dirty.. and a little smelly too.. l asked room service to clean up, so 3 men entered my room, one cleaning the floor and rest of the two just talking to him despite of knowing that a female traveller stays alone in that room.
later l found a big mouse behind the bed..
when l wanted to check out immediately, they called up the manager and tried to convince me to take another room. l still wanted to check out so the manager started yelling at me very loudly and refused to repay my money.
Somehow things resolved after a long debate still l didn’t get full money returned,
only partially as per cancelation policy. This hotel is not recommended at all.
My experience was very bad..
Firstly, the location shown on Maps is wrong. The actual Narula hotel is on the opposite side of the road, and you have to search “Capital Narula” to get the address.
Nothing works in this hotel. Although I had already come to the reception and told them I’ll be checking-in in a few hours, the room was not ready.
I had to wait 45 min while they cleaned the room and left the garbage right outside the door. The room did not have a working tubelight in the bathroom. The phone didn’t work, no Wifi, no towels, no hot water.
The room wasn’t even clean, and my check-in hasn’t even shown up in the Fabhotel system. It’s as if I never showed up after making the booking.
Awesome location,comfortable stay reasonable room charge with good facilities. I would like to visit it again with my family…

Hotel was quite good at its services and basic amenities. I had great experience and would like to visit it again with my family.
It was a worst experience for me.
They didn’t gave us check in on time..the check in time was 12 pm but they give at 2 pm and they want that we should check out on time. The hygiene of room was not proper as their were many cockroach in it.
