Terrific experience with this place. Very congested room with low ceiling and small size with no facility of centralized ac. They fail to provide extra bedding for extra person. Tariff is very high according to the room. Some packets of snacks were kept in room. We had it as we thought this is complimentary. While checking out they charged for those also. So why packets were kept in room? This is just business place. Though I mention staff behavior is good. Just running in name of ITC
The hotel is ideally located, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The service and hospitality were exceptional, particularly from Mr. Rohit, the duty manager, Mr. Imtiaz, the restaurant manager and the entire restaurant staff. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff provided high quality service. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and i would highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.
Just checked out from this hotel Fortune ITC Khajjiar . and I must say that the tariff is completely unjustified. The property is some what like a takeover property and runs just because of the ITC branding. Stayed in attic room which were good but felt a bit discomfort due to the size and low ceiling height . The windows were not clean and there was hardly any scope to get a view of the surroundings from the room due to height restrictions
The play area room, equipped with a pool table and table tennis, was not maintained properly .
Slightly disappointed that ITC manages properties so poorly. The issue here clearly is on conversion of old property and marketing it as a 4 -5 star property . Honestly the management needs to review thoroughly and bring to standards of Fortune ITC moksha at Mcleodganj where I first stayed during my visit to Himachal
Cannot forget to mention that the staff was very courteous and went beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Especially Munish and Deepak at the f&b section. The chefs seriously need a special appreciation for dining preparation which in all means was just terrific . Also appreciate the entire reception staff who were very helpful . Rohit who helped me for cancellation of my last day due to some personal emergency.
Really appreciate for their hard work and hospitality.
We couple spend three days in Fortune Khajjiar resort. This resort is situated in an awesome location of the valley and we stayed in a superb room with a private balcony. This balcony provides us a great view of this valley with a sunrise view. This resort’s restaurant’s personnel are very friendly and very humble. Mainly some of them took our care sincerely as Deepak, Muneesh, Vishal and Shivam. We never forget the days which we spend here.

The culinary delights were outstanding, thanks to Chef Naresh Sharma and his team, who delivered exceptional dishes with flawless presentation and flavor. Special mention to Mr. Bhappa & Mr. Rohit for their top-notch service. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
