Had booked the rooms with balcony (expensive for the location and the amenities), the rooms are adequately sized however the bathrooms could have been bigger for the prices charged. We were given rooms next to open drainage and construction site which we had to change. They accommodated us without an issue.
Food here is not up to ITC’s name, horrible breakfast and dinner, not many options and even some of the food had off taste. Even dining room services were also late and they had to be reminded multiple times.
Swimming pool should be clean and chlorine levels should be moderate.
Good kids facility and good view.
Poor experience while staying at Fortune hotel Dalhousie near Subhash road. First of all the duty manager Mr Gaurav was very rude and not welcoming. Even if you book a room with this much high price they will not provide you room with a view. AC was not working properly in the room. Room and Bathroom was very small when compared with other hotels with same price. Breakfast was not good and there were not many options. It is an over priced hotel with poor service. Would not recommend going there. Waste of money.
Updated review: The hotel did take efforts to rectify their mistake. They comped a meal and high tea for us and corrected their reservation mistake the next day. Parking does remain an issue for larger vehicles. The view for rooms is basic pine trees unless you are taking their priciest option. New rooms were in better condition (nothing was broken) – it was not upgraded as mentioned in the response by the hotel. The food was average, with ok options for vegetarian food. Make sure to communicate dietary needs if you have any, before even booking.

Awful place. Awful location. Awful service. Just a bad place overall. Please DO NOT COME HERE. Made mistakes in reservation and gave our rooms away to someone else. The mistake that the hotel “agreed” to. Rooms are not cleaned properly and are just in worse conditions. No parking available. High tea is charged. Less food options for vegetarians.

The In Room dining was decent. Stay was comfortable but house keeping is not upto the mark. Breakfast was included in our package and what a horrible experience. Choices were there but nothing taste good. Once we ordered some starter they got stale chutney with it.
Excellent location, top-notch standards, delicious food, and exceptional customer service. I booked a room for my parents’ anniversary, and they’re thoroughly enjoying their stay. The customer service has been outstanding. They’re particularly impressed with the food quality and the evening music entertainment. A big thanks to Karan and his team for providing such wonderful service.
