Everything except for the service in the Restuarant was great but the Restuarant experience was not acceptable.
There was 9 of us and we we the first people in there. 3 of us had buffet options and 6 ordered from the menu. They got 2 dishes incorrect and then when the fish fingers came out they were cold and raw. The rice also took ages to come out so we had our other dishes waiting going cold while the rice was being done. The added frustration is while we were awaiting food plus incorrect dishes to be corrected more and more buffet food was being cooked and bought out. I would expect people ordering from the menu paying premium would take priority over a buffet. They were apologetic and tried their best to appease us.
What was good is we had to set off early in the morning and they got 9 breakfasts to take make up for us which was great.
We were here for 2 nights for a trip to Haridwar and Rishikesh. The location is a bit further out of the main city but easily accessible by car. The amenities are great. We really enjoyed the restaurant – which had a great variety of food. Special thanks to Dhruv and Vikas for the memorable service. It was always a treat to be greeted by Khushi as we made our way for breakfast or dinner. Overall, a wonderful stay with the gift of local, personable hospitality.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel fortune park, uttrakhand. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities that added a special touch. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to key attractions but still peaceful. The on-site facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this for an excellent stay and will definitely return!
The housekeeping staff is a bit slow to respond to needs. Had to ask 6 times for an extra cup & 7 times for some coffee tea.
During breakfast, the waiters also tend to misunderstand the order. Got masala dosa when ordered plain dosa, masala full egg omelette when ordered no masala egg white omelette, etc
The room was clean and all amenities working and in place. Buffet breakfast had a decent spread and you can find something to your taste. The bar and lounge place was also good with a nice ambience. The service staff was helpful and polite , especially Mr Jitender.
The property is next about half a kilometer from the highway and next no to a partially functional mall which has a 3 screen cinema , a saloon, a grocery store and a yoga center and some chaat pakodi stalls outside.
The hotel was reasonably priced, and for the amenities and services offered, it was value for money.
