Nice hotel close to the airport, breakfast was included with our stay which was a buffet with a range of Indian cuisine as well as cereals, fruits, roasted veggies, baked potatoes and toast with eggs on request. Wait staff were attentive and OK with English and took good care of us over breakfast.
Our rooms were cozy, bed was big and comfortable after a long flight and with air conditioning in the room it was very good.
I must appreciate the hospitality of this hotel. The servants & employees were well mannered. The rooms & bathroom were clean.
Please keep a pair of Bathroom slippers which I found lacking otherwise everything else was well maintained. Stayed for 2 days with family. The Food in the restaurant was also good.
Thank you for the cozy stay & I expect from the hotel staff to maintain courtesy in future too.
Room stay is very neat and clean the location of Hotel could have been better. I was temporarily provided suite room where I noted switches were damaged. This could be fixed as suite is more costly than deluxe room and experience should have been better. But when I shifted to Deluxe room everything was so good.
I have only one small but important suggestion which is subjective.
It is wonderful concept and a beautiful hotel and I will definitely book it again when I have a requirement for a hotel in Delhi. Rooms are made with a lot of attention to detail and I love the ambience and comfort and it feels very safe. Definitely 4 star feel.
The only thing i did not like is the pillow which is hard and very high. Its a personal preference as i prefer smaller and softer pillows so it was a real struggle to sleep with and without a pillow as i did not use it.
One of the worst stays i have ever stayed in my life rooms were not cleaned.
Room service was not available cleaning staff is not there have to request them at list 10 times to clean the room .
Shower doesn’t work properly it was so bad that the flow of the water was literally poking in my skin
The locality it is situated in is the worst .not safe at all .
Food was just ok .
All in all half a star may be .
But you can not give that on Google
