I recently stayed at galaxy hotel, and it was an absolute disaster. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Check-in took forever, and when I finally got to my room, it was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly.
I called down to request fresh towels, but they never arrived. When I went to the front desk to inquire, the staff were rude and acted as if my request was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, and when I asked for assistance, I was met with blank stares and shrugged shoulders.
The restaurant on-site was equally disappointing. The food was cold and bland, and the service was so slow that I ended up leaving before my meal even arrived. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend galaxy hotel to anyone.

Poor management. Food here is very bad in quality and management is way too poor. I’ve been to many places but I’ve never experienced something this low in quality. One advise- avoid this place.
Service is pathetic…Dirty bedsheets and blankets..Sone ka bhi mann nhi krega..Wash room with no water
