Had a really amazing experience staying at GTL homestay. We booked for five days and on those five days we had nothing but great memories. The host gebu ji and Nana ji are so amazing. They’ll make you feel like home. Their hospitality was super good. Would highly recommend this homestay to anyone coming to mechuka for an amazing stay and food.
They have the warm welcoming vibes and the food was good as well. The truly homely atmosphere was there. They both owners were so warm welcoming that we enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay for more years.
And we were not expecting anything good in mechuka because vegetarian food all they way was not that good but the day we arrived it was so joyful and like to visit again in mechuka only for this homestay. Would recommend everyone to visit this place at least once.

The property is in a good location near the center.
Room is very comfortable and clean with Hot Water.
The Family staff is very gentle and ready to give you advice for Menchukha sightseeing
The owner Gepu Sona has a lot of experience as a guide in the zone.
The kitchen is a typical Memba one, in the middle of a big room with wood fire, and that bring a nice atmosphere for exchange experiences with other guests and the family.
Food is home made and healthy.
Price is very reasonable for the quality of the stay.

Did njoy our stay in this homestay. Owner’s are very friendly, ready to help in stay, food , infact I had to depart at 04:00 hrs when temp was about 6°C and No Electricity available,we were surprised that at 3 am the owner got up switched on the generator so that we faced no difficulty in freshening up. He was kind enough to prepare Tea himself. Lots to say in short Hats off to Mr & Mrs Gebu Sona.
Warm welcome with prompt pickup from the sumostop by gebu Sona to serving hot delicious unlimited food by nanna our stay at gtl homestay was memorable. The get-together by the fireplace gave us warmth n good acquaintances. Good job Gebu n Nanna. Keep it up
