This is a hotel apartment – they have not mentioned anyware. They take booking of room which is not even exist or available !!!! We felt like we have been cheated. For family stay might be good – you will feel like a home itself – no hotel feeling. Breakfast is so so
The room service is pathetic ,there is no cleanliness no hygiene
They have made rooms in appartment which they have not mentioned in website
The Manager is pathetic doesn’t have answers to any of the question
The geyser doesn’t work the wifi doesn’t work ..they take ages to get the tissues rolls
Rooms are cleaned in a superficial way the washroom that I left was the same as when I came back
Do not come here and stay paying 3k here is a total waste of money
They are least bothered about the customer and their feedback
Great stay at hotel Gazebo Inn & Suites from 12th October to 18th October’24 with family. Staffs were incredibly good and helpful.Rooms were spacious,
clean & spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with variety of options.Loved the convenient location close to Medanta Hospital.
Rooms are Dusty and bath room was so pathetic, I feel it is maintenance issue, It’s an apartment type hotel, They could have maintained properly.
I had a highly disappointing experience with this hotel. Initially, I spoke with Rani to inquire about the availability and prices for a 2-night stay, as this accommodation is conveniently located near Medanta Hospital. She provided the information and I mentioned I would confirm later.
When I called back in the evening, Hitender Singh answered and very rudely told me to call again later because there was no internet and electricity at that time. When I called back to book the room, he quoted higher rates than what Rani had given me. Despite my explanation, he told me to call again the next day when Rani would be available instead of booking the room right away. He seemed eager to disconnect the call, so I asked for the details of the hotel manager or owner, to which he claimed ignorance.
Shockingly, he had the audacity to call me back and rudely ask “kya dikkat hai aapko” (“what’s your problem”). His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, and he seemed very frustrated just because I asked for the owner’s details.
This level of poor service over just a phone call raises serious doubts about their in-person service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Imagine the service quality during a stay if this is how they handle phone inquiries.
