  1. It’s a Haunted place.
    A baby waking sound coming out side my room but on one available while I open the door. For next two days I hear the same sound. My room was in Fourth floor.

    If you hear a baby waking sound do not open the room.

Very bad experience with google map and Gb residency hotel service ….google map is showing address khudiram sarani Itkhola ..which is completely wrong address and the exact location of GB residency is Shillong patty just near the Renuka Residency ..and for which I have to paid extra fair charge to a auto driver ..I am completely disappointed with google map. After quite long time searching I have finally reached to the GB residency and when I have shown my booking confirmation ticket to the hotel manager on make my trip…but surprisingly the hotel manager said he didn’t receive any email of room booking in my name..even though I have shown them in my email id and make my trips apps about the confirmation of room booking in their hotel and after quite long time argument they apologised and again they have told me there is no room vacant in GB residency hotel …I am completely annoying of such irresponsible behaviour…I just want to ask the owner of the hotel and make my trip..if they didn’t receive the email whose fault is this?? I have book a hotel on make my trip 2days before and I have received hotel confirmation ticket ..if the hotel owner didn’t receive the email ..then it’s their responsibility to contact with make my trip app because this hotel is tie up with make my trip app …after so many arguments finally they have decided to give a room in renuka residency which is just near by GB residency and I must say Renuka Residency is far better then GB residency hotel.
