  1. The rooms are good and comfortable. The service is very poor in all respects. Very poorly staffed. It takes a hell of time to get luggage from your vehicle to your room and from room to your vehicle. The time for room service is very limited, nothing is available from night till morning (10:30 PM to 07:30 AM). Housekeeping is poor.
    Overall not a good experience, and I won’t recommend it.

  3. I am Krishna chef worked in geeta Sarover portico hotel for six months resigned and the hotel fired me without any clearance
    Human Resources spoke to me politely.
    My experience this hotel all chef not professional. And very week cooking and not follow
    Authentic recipe’s.
    No rule no management no hygiene

  4. I recently stayed at Geeta Sarovar portico Iand was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel failed to deliver on basic amenities and services, especially considering the hefty price tag.
    The noise level in the room was unbearable, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The television was malfunctioning, and the landline phone was completely dead. To add insult to injury, when I called reception to request a cup of chai, my request was completely ignored.
    It’s disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice and explore other options.
