All good, brakefast was good. Team was good and kind enough with me.
Also few varieties of breakfast. Enough for a single person.
Neat and clean dinning area.
Rooms are also good, but after taking bath, the water didn’t go out and was there some thing clogged.
All good and had a good experience.
Disappointed with rooms, food and services. I didn’t feel that I stayed in Ginger hotel. They ruined the brand. Food taste wasn’t good at all. Pathetic breakfast. Water clogged in bathroom. Staff found very lazy. They do not deserved even 3 star hotel rating. Never recommend to anyone.
This is regarding my 2-day stay at Ginger Hotel Faridabad.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel.
These were a few points where I felt terrible:
1.) I had to call the staff 3 times to get “all out ” mosquito repellent in my room and there were many mosquitoes in the room.
2.) The bathroom hanger was broken.
3.) There was no towel in the bathroom.
4.) Both breakfast and dinner were tasteless and even the food was not cooked properly. The food is not at par with the prices they charge.
5.) Their server was not working the entire time, I didn’t even get the receipt of the bill during checkout.
6.) The landline number mentioned on the website and Google Maps is not working.
7.) After contacting the customer care, I was given the manager’s number, I called him but he was not interested in picking up the call or calling back.
8.) The charges of the hotel are at least 40% higher compared to the location and kind of service they are providing.
My advice is do not stay in this hotel.
Very bad service……..not recommended ever………they charge too much price but facility not provided,even towel, slippers,hair dryer. Rooms are very small.they say that sir slippers out of stock hai,sir towel thoda late milega…. very very bad service
Staffs were good specially Himani who had helped a lot during my stay. The ambience of restaurant was good . I would like to thank Chef Pritam very much for preparing such a fantastic dinner for us. And he had a very good nature the way he answer with a smile. Only issue with the hotel is its room size which is little shorter.
