I recently stayed at here🤬🤬, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The property fell short on many fronts, from the cleanliness to the overall quality of service. The rooms felt neglected, with issues that should have been addressed immediately. Staff response was slow and indifferent, which only added to the frustration. I had higher expectations given the brand, but it didn’t meet even basic standards for comfort and hospitality. If you’re considering this property, I’d advise looking elsewhere to avoid a frustrating stay. Rating: 0.5 out of 5.
Good room. Very poor room service food. outdated menu. Very rubber like Kerala Paratha and poor quality vegetable curry.
Room service menu needs to be changed.
Wardrobe is small. suitcase has no place in the room. table is small.
Bread during breakfast is very small and sweet in taste. must be from a nearby bakery.
Menu needs more items and the entire food needs a big revamp.

I had a lovely stay at Ginger Kochi (Kalamassery). When I needed a late checkout due to travel delays, the front desk staff were accommodating. The check-out was quick and hassle-free, reflecting their excellent customer service. Highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding hospitality!

Got a day connected room for meetup with friends’ family and the whole experience was very pleasant. Great location by metro station, on site parking,professional staff, clean rooms and great food. Special thanks to Bharath for arranging this at a real last minute request. Charges are reasonable. Will definitely return.
