“Great Stay with Excellent Service!”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was exceptional, with a great variety of dishes to choose from.
The staff really made the experience special. They were incredibly polite and cooperative throughout my stay, especially Avnishkumar, who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and hospitality truly stood out.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
Value for money. Convenient location. Reasonable amenities and service. Very Good choice as compared to other similar budget properties in Patna. Courteous staff and management. Mr. Avaneesh is definitely very helpful and customer friendly… Recommend this property (Patna does not have many options)
Rooms are better but the food menu is absolutely poor. Also, before you check in ensure the showers are properly working with hot water coming…as both of them were not working when I stayed there.
A 3 star Tata hotel. The ambience in the room is poor. However the restaurant offers tasty food.
