I had visited with my family for a 1-night stay. Even though it’s rated as a star hotel, it’s not up to the mark with basic service. Even though I was on time, the room was not ready and made us to wait 10-15mins, also not offered with service to take our baggage to the room, same thing during checkout also. So I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who are looking for better stay. Suggestion to management – Improve on the service and staff behavior.
One off my favourite hotel in Cochin. Very good service and clean and neat atmosphere. Staff service are very good. Last time am go there list maintenance a running. However they are doing good service . Lunch buffet extraordinary
I would definitely give 5 star based on my experience I had my stay there for 2 days . We booked 2 rooms. We requested them to provide 1 king size bed. The front desk people has been absolutely cooperative and humble. I found them good at treating guests. When we talk about room ,it’s really spacious even for family. If your visiting for a business trip it is an absolutely great place
. compliment breakfast is good with varieties
Excellent location, neat and clean rooms and very good breakfast. Has only one lift, and had some trouble with air conditioning setting. Good value for money, recommended.
