Rest entire experience was pathetic. I have attached few photos below of chapati / roti being served there. It was as good as chewing rubber. They run their own buffet style there. We went in winter season and I buffet soup was not kept. Once we ordered soup separately as temperature was -4 degrees but later on we regretted our decision as the soup was so pathetic. Everytime on buffet we had to wait as food used to be not available. Options on dinner buffet was very very limited. Salad (Cucumber and Carrot sliced), Chapati (similar to rubber), Rice, Dal, 1 Dry vegetable, 1 Paneer, 1 Chicken gravy (with same taste everyday) and 1 sweet (with more water in it and tasteless).
We stayed there for 3 days and believe me each day was like pathetic. Hotel rooms doesn’t even have room heaters. One day during dinner no non veg food was available, when I asked at reception he answered very rudely that this is the only menu for the day. I tried explaining him that this is not the way it should be, a buffet means one can take whatever he likes, you cannot force someone to have whatever you have kept. So he started making faces and became more rude. Then I asked him for complaint registered and to my surprise hotel was not having any complaint register.
There are many bad experiences which I can share but time is limited. In brief, room doesn’t have proper toiletaries, room service will not serve any snacks ordered from their menu card as they are busy in preparing buffet, and so on….
In short, I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel was amazing just like it is in the photos given on Google, and the staff and the services provided were too good. The food provided was of good quality and tasty and the exotic view from the room window was fascinating and beautiful. Its located on a mountain top and nothing could be better than this! Also the owner and manager of the hotel were very generous and soft spoken.
Poor experience , we can’t able to give 0 ratings so given one , bed is too cold and seems wet, no heating blanket which is mandatory in such cold condition, we are shivering all night .no heater in room, if you need heater pay extra for the same, we paid 500rs for heater but it is not heating up the room properly.

Please don’t prefer this hotel, location is not accessable, our car stopped half a miles before, we took our luggage and walk while it was snowfall.
Since we are new to snow we really would have enjoyed it , if we don’t have our luggage with us.

Excellent stay at Golden Apple Hotels.. Everything was Great From Spectacular View from the Hotel to Delicious Food they served. Staff is very Courteous and hospitable and treats you well. The Rooms were spacious and clean with all the basic amenities.
Overall, This hotel is a great place to stay in Manali and is quite affordable too.
Location is good, nice view but very bad experience. Their service is very bad. If you want to order a meal, it is not available most of the time. Not even a little cup of tea was available to order. The same menu for four days breakfast and dinner, only veg, not so much the taste. The rooms were very small, the commode in the toilet was shaky and ruined. At night, rats would enter the room, network problem,annoying. Very bad hotel, I never want to go there again, and I would advise everyone not to go.
