Room 324 was not cleaned properly. The blanket was having gummy thing with hairs strung to it.
Views from hotel common area of Naini Lake, Naina Devi Temple was awesome. Bathroom was singing and it’s tiles were dirty. Before handing over the room from last customer, bathroom and room was not cleaned properly. There was no exhaust fan in the room. The room is a non – Lake view which I already knew during booking. There were complaints from me and other rooms that there is no hit water. The staff persons will tell you that there is no proper sunlight and hence solar heater not working properly but this is incorrect. Even when there is great sunlight even after taking out 2 buckets of water, you will not get hot water.
Staff is not bothered of these basic things.
Very Bad experience, rude staff and manager not co- operating , Bad toiletries no Separat Mug for washroom , insect in the bathroom the only thing is good Over all Lake View it’s my personal experience .. Bad smelling Bed sheet and blankets ..don’t book if you are hygienic person. Room quality is very low. They are big cheater and fraud. Even No solution of issues.
This is the worst experience, I have ever had. hotel Staff behaves unformal. No Service are provided by hotel. They post fake photos online and Actual Rooms are very different and dirty.
Don’t book any hotel by goroomgo .They are total fraud.They will ask for advance payment and they don’t pay the advance to the hotel and if you cancel they will not refund your money.Go for other trusted apps like make my trip or oyo.
worst experience ever… photos were different from reality.. we had booked a room for 4 from agoda the ratings were ok but the staff was too rude… he didnt cooperate neither the room was vacant.. we had to wait for 30 minutes outside so that the rooms gets free… as soon as we got the room it was untidy.. didnt even want to use bed or washroom.. we all went straight to switch the hotel ….
