Been to this property for a couple of business conferences/offsites, large hall accommodates a good number of employees for corporate events. Most guesthouses are located overlooking the sea. Buffets can be managed better as some of the food options have been found lacking in taste and quality by participants. Swimming pool is maintained nicely and the restaurant is also good.
I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt, and it was an incredibly comfortable and relaxing experience. The hotel’s setting is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful, scenic views that instantly put you at ease. The beach, in particular, is breathtaking—pristine, serene, and perfect for a peaceful getaway.
The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering all the comforts needed for a perfect stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of the gorgeous beach was truly a highlight.
Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious stay with the added bonus of stunning natural beauty and an amazing beach. I can’t wait to visit again.
WARNING, a party hotel. If you’re looking for peace and quality- you will not find it here. Indian tourists at the hotel surely make the stay there annoying and loud.
Rooms are semi renovated, yet there’s mold smell, a d housekeeping, instead of cleaning the room, ask you what you want them to clean (after collecting the 1000 rupee tip), then they leave, leaving you towels, water, and emptying trash… 5 star hotel?? Lol.
Restaurant and room service provide a variety of dishes, which is great. Beach access is closed at 7 pm. Even if you go there 6.30 pm, you’ll be approached by a zero manners guard, who just will shout and send you back on your way.
For spa I could give 4 stars. Very professional.

Front desk is useless over the call. Every request will be dealt with a stern no.
Housekeeping and F&B team is doing a great job though considering the volume of guests they handle.
Casino is best avoided, rowdy management and male dominant crowd.
Pool side team was excellent.
The most recommended place.
All members including the front desk to room service are extremely supportive and polite.
Food is extremely delicious. Special thanks to the CHULHA team for such a wonderful food service.
Shamana spa is just fabulous.
Club access members are just too good special thanks to KANISHKA.
Trust me this Grand Hyatt Goa experience will change your level of hotel stay expectations you can’t imagine staying any other place after that
